Review of FIFA 21(Various formats)

I thought I would never do this, but...

Hey everyone, this time I review this year's entry in  EA's annual football franchise!

Does this game have it takes to get to the top of the league? Or is this game destined for relegation?

And the referee blows his whistle, and the match is underway!

(best enjoyed with headphones on!)

Before you guys, thumbs down the video or worse unsubscribe, her me out!

A few weeks ago, I went into my local GAME  to let them know the merger between Xbox Game Pass Ultimate and EA Play Craig "FUT" Hogg persuaded me to sign an "Xbox Series X  preorder priority list" of course I fell for it. Hook Line and sinker!  It was actually an agreement that I would review this game.

Right, guys let's get this over with, as quickly as possible!

Also, due to the amount of "Red Cards" that the world's governments have been given EA over it's "Surprise Mechanics"(oh, I'll get to that later!),. the game will receive an automatic 25% penalty!

The FIFA series is like the Justin Bieber of the Gaming Industry. Nobody knows why it's so popular. But it is anyway!

has been around (and released annually!) since  1993.

Since then the series has got gamers in its grip of Football fever generating millions of dollars for the company. You pick a team from a diverse roster of  700 teams (club and international) or create your own (More on that later!)Ultimate Team. Then take to the field on a  virtual game of Football.

The accessibility scores are as follows:

Visibility 11

EA Sports have taken this category very seriously.

The accessibility section of the menu allows you to add colourblind friendly modes to the game. Also, you can enable enlarged icons which appear over the player you are currently controlling's head. Also before you enter a match, you can customise your team's kits, so a colourblind player can play this game with minimal issues.

Audibility 10

Although the commentary is not subtitled, it not all that important as it only adds authenticity of a match.  In the "Volta Football Story mode, all dialogue is subtitled. So a hearing-impaired player can play this game with no issues

Mobility 10

The controls can be fully customised to suit your impairments. So you can play this game with no issues.

Gameplay 3

Last time I've played a FIFA  game was FIFA 16. Has it changed since then..... Not a lot. Gameplay-wise its practically the same. Here is why the gameplay section has taken such a severe hit  Loot Boxes I've talked about it during my review of Battlefront 2. I'll say it again. Lootboxes are the scum of the industry as a whole. You pay X amount of money for X amount of FIFA  points. You then use the points to buy packs. Like TCGs the contents of the packs are completely randomized. To me, that's similar to how a slot machine you'd see in casinos and arcades work.

The game has been given a PEGI  rating of 3 and EA has been advertising FIFA Points on toy shop websites. That's pretty much advertising simulated. simulated gaming to children.

EA's greed has officially sunk top a new low. Certain people of the You|Tube Community, like Yong Yea, has described sports games as Casinos. In my opinion, is indefensible and downright wrong in any form of ethics, as it poses the risk of people gaining a gambling addiction from a very early age.

In summary FIFA 21   is the same old game as it has been for decades, with the odd feature here and there The p loot box system which is next to impossible to ignore is the definition of predatory. The only way to get a decent player in UT is through loot boxes. that aside, this game is perfectly suitable for a disabled person which is a downright shame.
