Hey everyone! today I review the fourth entry in the highly successful Sonic the Hedgehog Franchise Can Sonic Speed his way to the top?

Out of all the icons that is synonymous with the gaming industry today, Capt Price, Master Chief etc. there are two that has been the true mascots of the gaming industry and since the 90s. When being Nintendo's Mario, and the other Sonic the Hedgehog. Sega conducted market research during this period.
Children were shown two pictures side-by-side. One being sonic the hedgehog, and the other Disney's mascot, a Mickey Mouse. Surprisingly, the market research has shown that the majority of respondents was been able to successfully identify sonic the hedgehog. Therefore, during the 90s Sonic the Hedgehog was more recognisable than Mickey Mouse (not kidding guys!)
Originally released in 2010 for the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, PC and various other mobile devices.
As you can tell, this is the fourth entry of these sonic the hedgehog franchise, said after the events of sonic 3 and knuckles. With the Death Egg destroyed and Angel Island floating again, the three characters went their separate ways. However, the vengeful Dr Eggman rebuilt has army of Badniks and begins rebuilding the Death Egg. You play as Sonic the Hedgehog who has to travel from zone to zone and track down Dr Eggman (again!)

Visibility 10
This game has no colourblind mode , But there is little need for one. Every character on the screen apart from sonic (and tails if you playing episode 2)are enemies. So you should be able to this game with no issues.
Audibility 9
In this game there are no spoken dialogue, after all this as a successor to a Sega Genesis (or mega Drive) game were talking about here! So, therefore no subtitles are required.
Mobility 11
On the PC version, you can use the keyboard and mouse which can be customised, this game also has support for an Xbox controller.
When we tested it, the Xbox one controller works like a charm! Also, the buttons when using a controller can be changed to suit your impairments.
This is important as the player has the capability to customise the control layout to sit has her impairments. A controller options adds more versatility to the interface the player uses to control the character that the player is playing as.
Gameplay 6
This game is someone similar to civilisation beyond Earth. Before this game's release the game itself shown a lot of potential to advance the franchise in an entirely new direction. But unfortunately, the developers decided to perpetually waste that opportunity altogether!
Last time I checked, and the classic in Genesis games sonic should not have a homing attack, the physics in this game is similar to low gravity mods for FPS games, for example Unreal Tournament, which is no place for a standard 2-D sonic game.
However, when combined with episode 2, the lifespan of this game becomes lot more bearable.
In each episode, there are only 4 zones to each game if you do the maths, that is six zones in total. Sonic 3 and Knuckles, on the other hand, which is basically two episodes – sonic 3 and sonic and knuckles has a grand total of 14 zones. By my calculations, sonic 3 and knuckles has almost double the amount of zones that sonic the hedgehog 4 episode 1 and 2 has. Of course, there is episode metal, which basically contains reworked versions of sonic 4 episode 1. And, as the name suggests, has the ability to play as Metal Sonic
In summary, sonic 4 episodes 1 and 2 have a lot of good ideas and potential. But were executed poorly. If you are a band of the sonic the hedgehog franchise and prefer to play the 2-D games only, this game is a good option to buy. The PC version doesn't require a lot of horsepower in your hardware to run. Also, this game is also backwards compatible with the Xbox One, and when it releases, the Xbox series X.

Remember, when outside of your house, or meeting someone In a public space, remember to maintain 2 meter distance away from anyone. Also, when you are going to a supermarket, or enclosed space remember to bring a face mask with you. This drastically decreases any risk of catching and or transmitting the virus.
