Review of Star Wars Battlefront 2 2005 classic (PC)

Okay, guys! Today I review a game that was hailed as the best Star Wars game ever made. Is this statement justified? Let's find out!

As the title states, this game was originally released in 2005 by Pandemic Studios. Recently, the developers released another patch that revives the online Multiplayer via GOG Galaxy and Steam.

This game is set in the entire trilogy, Episodes 1 (The Phantom Menace) through six. (return of the Jedi).

You play as a member of the 501st Clone Trooper Division through the events of the saga.

The accessibility scores are as follows

Visibility 6
There are no colourblind modes in this game, but you can add symbols on top of enemy player's heads, but still, a colourblind mode would be great

Audibility 7
To be fair, there are subtitles in the campaign's cutscenes, but there are no on-screen notifications during battles, so you're going to find it hard to keep track what's going on in battle.

Mobility 9

There is controller support, but using a standard Xbox One controller your movement goes haywire. So you'll be stuck with  Keyboard and mouse controls. But those controls are redefinable both on console and PC. So you'll be OK with this game,  but an update that adds better controller support would be great!

Gameplay 11
This game is by far more superior to the 2017 version. All content is on the disk, ready to go off the bat, not tied to Loot boxes and microtransactions, more modes,  maps, and heroes, moddable, better single-player experiences like Galactic Conquest.

With Multiplayer brought back from the dead, this game is endless fun. If you're  into Star Wars. This one's a must buy. Best Star Wars game in my opinion.

This game is so good, the standard 10 points don't cut it!

OVERALL SCORE    67.5%

Great game, but not   accessible enough to beat Sonic Advance 3  and Jazz Jackrabbit 2

see you guys in the final review of the 2016/17 season., then it's Bloggies time!
