Review of Heroes of the Storm 2.0

hey, guys today I review Blizzard's step in the MOBA sub-genre but is the originator better than their imitators? Let's find out!

On March 1st, 2015, I reviewed this game in its beta phase, today I have decided to review the remade version.
On launch, there were too few changes being made to the game as it progressed. But, obviously there are some dramatic changes being made to the game, so I thought it would be worth a revisit.
The game takes place in  "The Nexus". lLike I said in the introduction, this game is heavily inspired by DotA (Defence of the Ancients.) You pick a hero from a diverse roster, and  you and four other heroes  take on another team of 5 heroes to push up one of four lanes to destroy the enemy's core, the accessibility scores are as follows:

Visibility: 10well, well, well, looks like someone has read my review of the Beta Build (seems like it anyway). Blizzard has made the change I asked them to make. The colorblind friendly contrasts now reflect on the mini-map so you can keep tabs what's going on in the battle quickly, great job Blizzard!

Audibility 10
all dialogue is subtitled so you can understand what's been said during the course of a  match. So you can play this game very easily.

Mobility 10
The hotkeys can be defined,  to suit your impairments, or you can simply use the mouse to use abilities. If you've played a MOBA (Multiplayer Online Battle Arena) game before you can play this game.

Gameplay 10
This game is very similar to DotA(it's from the same developers, so no sins) but this one is more streamlined. Instead of your team's heroes levelling up individually if every hero on a team gain experience and level up as a whole, and completing the objectives can turn the tide of battle in your favour. But you don't gain gold and there's no shop but there are fountains to regain health and mana. So in that respect, the core mechanisms of a typical MOBA has been stripped down.

But in my opinion, it's a good thing. This makes the gameplay stand out from a very crowded genre. Like Overwatch, there are free updates to expand the game's lifespan and every map's objectives are unique to keep matches feeling unique. So if you are into the MOBA Genre and is into the Blizzard games, this game can be worth your time.

OVERALL SCORE 100%

In terms of accessibility, this game is a marked improvement from its beta phase and the variety of content which is expanding with every update.

see you guys in the next review
