this game caught my eye while casually browsing through the preowned section of my local GAME, the cost of the game was only £2, s it was great value and found it hard to say no. When I was showing my purchase off to my readers at College., two of the staff was requesting this review but Emma beat Daniel to the punch(metaphorically speaking, that is) to post the request on the Facebook Page.

anyway back to ODST, this game takes place between the events of Halos 2&3
the Covenant has established a foothold in Earth your ODST(orbital Drop Shock Trooper) squad was on a mission to infiltrate a Covenant carrier and eliminate one of their leaders, the Prophet of Regret but the carrier went into slipspace, with Spartan 117 aka Master Chief in pursuit, which caused their drop pods to miss the carrier and hit the streets of New Mombasa. Now The Rookie has to go through the streets of the city to what happened to your squad. Th accessibility scores are as follows:
Visibility 8
if you've played Halo games before youll be ok with this game. teammates has arrows over their heads, crosses mean the teammate is dead, and service tags tell you who he or she is , but using the radar and VISR mode could be an issue to color blind players due to the lack of a color blind mode multiplayer in particular for newcomers.
Audibility 8
In-game subtitles are present in the game and there's text-based notifications when a new set starts and what skulls(including the infamous Tough Luck) are active in firefight mode .But you are relying on your ears to locate the clues to trigger a mission. So hearing impaired players will find it hard to progress through the campaign.
Mobility 10
You'll feel right at home with the controls if you've played a Halo game before. There multiple stick and button layouts to choose from. S you'll be ok with this game.
Gameplay 7
Don't get me wrong, £2 for this game is a bargain. But there's too little extra content in this game. There's a 5-hour campaign, a co-op survival mode, Firefight. There's even a multiplayer disk, which, in short contains Halo 3's multiplayer, with all the DLC, which most of you have bought already! But for a Halo fan and want to play through the entire story, but can not afford an Xbox One with the Master Chief Collection. It's a pretty sound purchase. But if you do best to wait until the ODST campaign DLC is released for the Master Cheif Collection (when 343 adds subtitles of course!)
OVERALL SCORE 82.5%
quite a good game but nowhere near Portal's calibur!
