Valve corp. made a metric tonne of awesome games Dota 2 Team Fortress Half-Life 2(see my Orange Box review more more info) but this CreepyPasta concentrates on the game that blended puzzle games with First Person shooters. The original Portal game was revolutionary it used the Source Engine. The same engine the Half Life Trilogy was based on.But this Creepy Pasta was based on the second entry into this series. in certain locations into the game there are a few secret dens belong to the former head of Aperture Science, Doug Ratman in the final easter egg is in Chapter 3, test 17 in there you will hear some creepy music and a very distant voice . the majority of the message is inaudible. Probably Ratmann is a schizophrenic. so its more of a rant. 3. BEN DROWNED
This Creepy Pasta has actual video evidence on You Tube the video in question is from Jadusable the creepy pasta is about a guy called Ben who used to love playing the N64 classic Legend of Zelda Majora's Mask on the console his grandfather bought him. On day he drowned. his soul haunted his beloved copy of the game. The reason why this one is highly rated is because Google's Clever bot referenced the creepy pasta,which merely adds to its popularity!
2. Evil Otto - Berserk
Out of all evil characters in gaming today- Star Crafts Sarah Kerrigan, the dog in Duck Hunt but its Otto from the classic Berserk who is the most evil- for good reason! in this game you run through a maze to get to the exit shooting enemies along the way. then you encounter Otto. a smiley face that bounces around the maze , jumps over walls and gets faster as time goes on. But don't let his innocent looks fool you! two teenagers were killed while posting high scores into the game cabinet due to a heart attack. The problem is that they were too young to come under a cardiac arrest. So basically Otto was believed to kill the p[layer in real life with a smug grin on his face! the character was based on once of the developers bosses, called Otto who said to chew people out of their job.... with a grin on his face.
