Review of Dragonball Z :Kakarot(PC, Xbox One, PS4)

Ka Ka Ka Ka Time to end this Gun Gun Gun Gun I cannot miss Jan Jan Byan Byan In this ultimate battle I'll never stop no matter what the world may say!

Hey, everyone! Today, as a treat for you guys, I review the latest game based on the highly successful Dragon Ball franchise.is this game's power level over 9000!?, Or is this game no real Super Sand? Let's find out!

(best enjoyed with headphones on!)

Originally aired on Japanese TV in 1986, Dragon Ball is one of the biggest franchises in anime, along with narutro, and One Piece. since it original airing, the franchise is becoming a worldwide phenomenon. Still is! The franchise has been adapted to numerous video games. This is one of them. The game follows the plot of the original TV series. You play as adult Goku who has to defend the Earth from other races with the help of his freinds and familt and strange mystical artefacts known as "Dragon Balls".

The accessibility scores scores are as follows:

Visibility 9.5 although there are no colourblind modes present in this game There are no colour-coded elements that will cause issues for a visually impaired person.

Audibility 9

this game has subtitles which can be switched on and off via the options menu. So you'll be able to understand what each character says as the story progresses. So, a hearing impaired player should be able to play this game with minimal to no issues.

Mobility 7

when using a controller, there are only two button layouts that are available when playing this game. Although the PC version has support for a controller, the interface is specifically designed when playing with a controller. So, customisation options when using a mouse and keyboard would seem pointless! Also, there are no stick layout options however, when you are flying around the area or using a vehicle the game allows you to move and turn with a single stick. So, despite the shortfalls this game is playable for a person with a mobility impairment.

Gameplay 10.5
This  game is pretty decent. The battles are real-time in the similar fashion to Kingdom hearts. The progression mechanics are deep as certain items can improve the stats of other characters due to the games community system. You can use this to create bonds with other characters. In terms of lifespan, this game is quite long. The story extends to the numerous story arcs that the Dragon Ball franchise has. So, you'll be able to play this game for a while. However, a new game function similar to Dark Souls' new game plus   would add a lot more lifespan onto the game as it adds an excuse to play this game numerous times.

In summary, Dragon Ball Z Kakarot is a very solid JRPG adaptation to the Dragon Ball franchise. If you are a fan of Dragon Ball (seriously, guys who isn't!) This game is a good addition to your game library. With this game clocking in at 30 to 40 hours, if you're focusing on the main story, you'll be playing this game for quite a while! With more and more content, for example the Tournament of Power being added to the game, with more coming as time passes by So, I would probably wait for the game to be coming on sale before purchasing.
