Review of Road Rash 2 (GEN)

Hey guys to continue the Summer of dgr 2017- Retro Month I have decided to review this throwback from the Genisis Era. So can this game fight its way to an Ultra Combo? or will poor Nav get busted by Strathclyde Police (WOOP WOOP), let's find out!

As you can tell I am in MegaBytes in this scorching hot July afternoon, bored as heck, when Nav has asked me to review this game. Intrigued, i agreed to it.
Anyway onto the review, originally released by EA in 1992   The most accurate way to describe this is Moto GP with ASDA (or Walmart in the USA) on Black Friday

Thanks a lot Rusty!

you are a Motor Cycle racer who has been entered in a no-holds-barred racing league. It is up to you to fight your way to the  chequered flag while avoiding (or knocking off their bikes) the police.

The accessibility scores are as follows:

Audibility 10
There is no spoken dialogue in the game, so  no subtitles are required, and all dialogue is text-based. I mean.... It's the Mega Drive* were talking about here!

Visibility 9
Although there's a red/green color contrast, your biker are always ayt the center of the screen, so you can understand who you are controlling and who  would rather knock you off your bike (and give you expensive medical bills!) So you can play this game

Mobility 10
There's no way to change the controls, but the simplicity of the Mega Drive*   controller more than makes up for it!

Gameplay 7
The game play is very fun to play, but it does get monotonous after your first few races. But the game  is still fun to play, even better when you've got your buddy around for a game or two and are playing against each other head-to-head.

In conclusion, Road Rash is from a very rare breed of racing game, as you very rarely see these kind of games nowadays. So if you have a Mega Drive* in your house and are looking for an over-the-top racing game, this one is for you!

OVERALL SCORE 90%
see you guys in the next review
