Review of Tenchu 2 (PSX)

Hi guys! after neumerous @$$ wh00pings at Halo, SpartanCommander decides to return to Feudal Japan for an instructional course on assasinations by Rikimaru. Can this training raise his game? Let's find out!

Okay guys! this timne i go thoufgh yet another throwback to the PS1 era. Originally released in the year 2000.

Tenchu takes place in Feudal Japan. You p[lay as Rikimaru or Ayane, Lord Ghoda's top assassins as you battle rival clans, assasinating important targets and getting out alive the accessibility scores are as follows:

Visibility 10
The symbols beside your health bar represents your detection status, they range from undetected, suspicious to detected, the figures attached to the icon  shows you where the nearest guard is, so you can analyse your situation and plan accordingly.

Audibility 0
The game has subtitles, but they are in Japanese (ENGLISH, RIKIMARU, DO YOU SPEAK IT!?) and the subtitles are not present in the dialogue EPIC FAIL ACTIVISION! not to mention Infinite Warfare)

Mobility 7

The  game only has twqo control layouts. This is probably due to the space limitations of  PS1 discs. But the fact still remains that the developers made an effort to implement this feature. A valiant effort.

Gameplay 10
This game is similar to Metal Gear Solid. The game mostly relies on stealth, but  if you want to go all Leeerrroooyyyy Jeeennnnkkkiiinnnnsss!!!(looking at you, Kenzie!) you can just run in hacking and slashing everyone that gets in the way of you. So all-in-all, the game is pretty damn good.

OVERALL SCORE 67.5%

See you guys in the next review

SpartanCommander1990 out!
