okay.... where to start ?
GTA 3 was the first Grand Theft Auto to make the jump between 2D, such such as its previous entry in the series GTA 2 released for various platforms, such as the ill-fated Sega Dreamcast to fully rendered 3D. you play as Claude, who is thrown into Liberty City's criminal underworld.
Visibility 10
colour blind gamers can easily play this game. All objectives during missions is indicated by markers, arrows and blue areas. So yo can easily distinguish where to go and unlike GTA4 the enemy markers are in a darker shade of red and objective areas are in pink so it's so easily playable for visually impaired gamers.
Audibility 10
this game has full subtitles so hearing impaired gamers can play this game no problems at all! but no subtitles on the radio stations, but it only adds humour into the game. So marking this game down would be downright cruel, considering the game's age, hell its 2001 were talking about here!
Mobility 10
this game has basic controls, which has several layouts, which can be changed via the options menu. But customizable control layouts would(you can in the PC version) would be great in the console version. But , once again its a retro game.
Gameplay 10
Wow... this game was a work of art! i remember playing this while I was in hospital. The game has plenty of Easter eggs, one of which caused the game to get banned in Australia( you know which one i'm referring to, Fraser!) but did you know that the game had to be changed during development? if you don't know why- the attack on the World Trade Center happened during the game's development so the structure itself had to be censored on the game's cover and a mission had to be cut out too but in summary...it seems like the game was the PS2's best seller for a valid reason !
OVERALL SCORE 100%
Sorry Robert Rollcage Redux just met it's match!
