review of Sonic Adventure (Dreamcast, Gamecube, PS3 Xbox 360, PC)

my first review of a Sonic game |Sonic Adventure is a port from the Dreamcast classic to PS3 360 and PC via the Steam Network, so will this game speed its way to the Game of the Month? or will it get busted by the cops for speeding along the way?

Sonic the Hedgehog made is first appearance in 1991 with the Sega Genisis, scince then the  speedy blue hedgehog  is  a worldwide phenomenon. this game was origionaly released in 1999, for the companies final foray into the console market the Dreamcast, ported to the Nintendo Gamecube  in 2003, and now is downloadable via the Play Station Network, Xbox LIVE Arcade and the Steam Virtual platform, in this game you can control Sonic, Tails, Amy, Knuckles, Big the Cat,  Metal Sonic, and E-102  and stop Dr  Robot- err Eggman. The accesibility scores are as follows

Mobility 9- very  accesible but it needs  a few tweaks
The  controls are accesible X to jump/ Homing Attack/fly ect.  O  is your action button and Square to Spin dash, but  customisable  button layouts would be nice!

adudible 10- perfecly accesible, no changes required
subtitles  are on  so people with hearing problems can  understand whats going on in cut scenes,  so you guys can play this without any problem at all

Visual 10- easy to pick up and play
The enemies  are easy to distinguish,  and its a  prety simple game, like all others in the Sonic franchise so people with cvisual impairments can play this game easily

Gameplay- 9   its like a glitch-free Sonic06

Sonic Adventure  was a launch title for the Dreamcast and  id say it was more of a tech demo. it showed to the people what the Dreamcast  can do graphically and the gameplay is very addictive,  you have hub worlds. This is where you get to chose which level you want to go throough. Every  character has its own inividual mission types Tails' level are races, where you beat another character to the Goal Ring, Knuckles' missions are treasure hunting where you go through the levels and use you radar  located to the bottom of the screen and hints to find  certauin items hidden in the level,  the DX (Directors' cut) upgrade, whoich adds extra missions and a Metal Sonic Episode adds to the game's lifespan. But the lack of widescreen resolutions  is the fly in your soup!

Overall 95%  all round acessible game, a modern classic
As i said above the lack of  widescreen resolutions  is one of the very few problems that should be fixed.  The game was released in 2010 to celebrate the 10th anniversary of the Dreamcast, in 1999.   IGN gave this 3.5 out of 10  my reaction to that is....

MY BALLS ARE OFFICIALLY BROKEN, it seems you cant spell ignorant without IGN!
