GTA IV tells the story of an European immigrant, Nikko Bellic who just got off the boat in Liberty City nin search of the American Dream, but throughout the game Nikko realises how hard it is to achieve that dream. GTA IV has two add-on chapters the Lost and Damned which ties into the story Episodes from Liberty City contains both add-ons. the accesibility scores are as follows:
Visual 8- accessible but flaws exist
the game is easy to pick up and play but the only way of distinguishing objective types is only by colour, so could be a problem for colour-blind gamers wgo is gonna find it hard to play through the missions in the game and who is controlling which character in multiplayer.
Audible 10- easy to pick up and play
the game is very accessible as subtitles can be switched on and off via the options menu, so people with hearing impairments should feel right at home with this game!
Mobility- 10- easy to pick up and play, but not surpassing GTA V
with the classic layout you use the left analogue stick to walk around the city, circle to use weapons(even your bare hands!) R1 to lock-Onto enemies, members of the general public, the fuzz ect. Triangle to "borrow" cars, bikes choppers and boats X is to jump or climb while on foot, accelerate while in a vehicle.
Gameplay- 10
great fun and enjoyable to play
great fun and enjoyable to play
with Rockstar's R.A.G.E(Rockstar Action Game Engine) the graphics looks gorgeous for a 7th Gen console.and the amount of multiplayer options available to you makes this game a blqast to play! but the map is not as large as GTA V and the multiplayer is not as good
overall 95%
GTA IV is a great game, and the Episodes from Liberty City builds upon the whole gameplay experience which carjacked Civilization Revolution's spot of April's Game of the Month Nominees list
