Review of Lord of the Rings: the Third Age (Xbox, Gamecube, PS2)

Hello guys! this time SpartanCommander goes back into Middle-Earth for some RPG action! Can EA simply walk into Mordor? Let's find out!

The Lord of the Rings is a hallmark of British literature, along with  J.K Rowling's Harry Potter books. This game takes place this game takes Berethor, a Captain of the Citadel Guard, and his fellowship, Idrial, Hadhod and Elegost on an epic quest through the events of all three films.

Big shout-out to Gill "Milthrandir" Murray for the request
The accessibility scores are as follows:

Visibility 10
This game has no colourblind mode. But there is no need for one!  your characters are on one side of the screen and the enemies come up on the other side. So you'll be ok with this game.

Audibility 10
There are subtitles in this game so you can understand what's going on in the story.

Mobility 8

There are no remappable controls. But the controls are pretty easy to grasp as the battles are turn-based like Final Fantasy X. So you'll be OK with this game.... but redefinable controls would be great!

Gameplay 10
For its era, this game is pretty damn long! There's plenty lifespan. This game deviates from the main story of Frodo and the Ring of Power, with optional quests to complete to keep you on your toes, and, like all Lord of the Rings games, an epic story to get immersed into! So if you happen to have a Gamecube, Original Xbox, or PS2 and looking for a cheap  RPG to play over the summer. This game can be found on Amazon and eBay pretty cheap

OVERALL SCORE 95%

see you guys in the next review!

SpartanCommander1990 out!
