Review of Gears of War Judgement (360)

Okay guys!  this time i review   a game that myself and one of the blog's readers done a let's play of!



the  two leaders of dgr's " I hate Zombies" movement Tom and Georgie for the request! this game brings  the Gears story together!

Baird as Captain Jack Sparrow said " done something completely.....stupid!" he found himself in a military tribunal with his trusty squadmates. The story itself is split into separate testimonies like in a judicial court case, this game is set shortly before the events of the first Gears of War. The accessibility scores are as follows-

Visibility 7
There is no  colourblind mode present but you can go into tac-com mode (see my review of Gears of War 2 fore more info) to see who is on your team. So at least there's a workaround, but we all know what the gold standard of gaming with color blindness is!

Audibility 10

Also you can see  notifications of events such as someone picking up a weapon, or someone getting killed appearing on the bottom right of the screen. so you can understand what is going on in the story mode or in the epic multiplayer arenas

Mobility 10
There's numerous layouts to chose from, both in the buttons or on the sticks, so you can get set up and killing grubs in next to no time
Gameplay 10
this game is built using Unreal Engine 3, so the gameplay is gonna get visceral, not for players with haemophobia (fear of blood or bleeding), because you'll be seeing plenty of the red stuff while battling your way through the Locust Horde (they're not quite zombies Tom and Georgie, but close enough!) or other players. Unlike traditional shooters its a bit more tactical than your average Call of Duty or Halo game.This game forces you to take cover to avoid enemy fire as you can't jump nor crouch (so no te@b@gging), or you could just pick up downed opponents and use it as a meat shield tp prevent yourself from getting shot. or you cpould simply sneak up behind or go all LEEROY JENKINS! towards them and just  tear them to shreds using your trusty chainsaw (yes Fraser, im looking at you!). so in summary this game is so much fun extremely addictive and really accesible game to play!


OVERALL SCORE   92.5%

  Epic games made a great well.....game but its the lack of a colour blind mode  cuts this games chances of an  ULTRA COMBO!!
